 Dr. DeCosimo is pleased to introduce you to her Gynecology and Infertility practice in Manassas, Virginia. This is a practice dedicated to fulfilling all health care needs for women, from adolescence through menopause.

Thank you for choosing us for your gynecological care. Appointments with the doctor are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and
Saturdays January 16th and February 20th.
The following information is to advise you of the policies that has been established by the physician of this practice and is in effect at the time of your visit.

Method of payment: Cash or credit cards (Visa and Master Card) No checks are accepted.
Your co-pay and any unpaid balance must be paid in full before you can be seen by the doctor.
We no longer send out paper bills. We ask all our patients to have a credit/debit card on file which will be imprinted and later used to pay your bill. You will be notified via telephone of the amount due when your credit/debit card is charged.

Evening Appointments Wed. 1:30-6 pm.
